Scarlet Quake was just minding his day on the beach till meeting up with a civil charmeleon. They were asking for help with there helium truck that "broke down" while taking the beach as a short cut. Scarlet didn't deny the help so he followed the charmeleon to help. By the time Key was investigating the truck, a hose was shoved into his rear as helium was starting to inflated him. The hero was tricked into helping the pokemon, as he becomes an blimp orb of himself as the charmeleon relaxes on the hero.
