This is what I do for a living. I am an over the wall / pit crew member for a race team here in town and pit all three of their race cars in different Divisions. Hooters Pro Cup North, Hooters Pro Cup South, and the NASCAR Busch Series.

Ever since I drew the image called "Dragon Pit" I've been looking for more "Technical" information on what goes on "Over the wall" during a NASCAR stock car race. It almost seems like a Medieval Jousting tournament with the colorful "Flags" and uniformed crews attending the drivers and their cars. I want to try and capture that "Excitement" and frenetic thrills that take place in the pits. Still... I have a lot of respect for the Pit crews. They have a hard and dangerous job, and they definately have to work as a team.
