Was inspired after a discussion with a friend to revive an old OC that never saw the light beyond my sketchbook. Meet Fire Opal, my hotheaded "villain" OC from My Little Pony.
I initially wrote her as a bandit the Mane 6 are tasked to apprehend after a slew of robberies in a mining town. Through the Power of Friendship, the group learns she is only stealing from the town because the mayor muscled their way into the mine Fire Opal owned. The property she was "stealing" was actually hers, and with the Mane 6's help, the corrupted mayor is deposed and she gets her mine back. The moral lesson in the story revolved around rumors, and not to believe everything you hear.
