Yup, you did pretty good. That's definitely a male chest. Got the shape of his pecs and the placement of his nipple quite well!
The hand looks good, but there's something odd about the angle of how it connects to his arm, makes it look kind of like his wrist is broken.
Hands are really hard to draw and pose though, so don't feel bad about it.
