I have not done a ship in a while, so I occupied myself with modelling this machine, the "Orca".

It was originally going to be an ocean research submarine, but it evolved into a kind of whale watching and ocean research ship. It's kind of a trimaran, the two sections on their side house the port and starboard engines. She also has six rudders and two dinghies with twin outboard motors.

I was partially inspired by old low-budget 90s Australian sci-fi TV shows. Somehow, hiring a catamaran and sticking futuristic company logos on it qualified a vessel as a "Research ship".
