No real story behind this guy as opposed to my other charachters. I have toyed with the idea of cybernetic enforcers in my world, as the idea makes sense. Following from that, what better design to emulate than the EVAs, probably the toughest and sleekest examples of bio-mechanics ever.

Mind, this is excluding straight mecha from the competition, as some of them get so thruster-y and lithe that it's just plain ridiculous.
