Yesterday was a much needed free day. So I could finish this page early and fortunately it wasn´t so detailed here, because I wanted to design the panels more lofty to portray the use of the force and the ambiente of peace.
Dialogues:
Voolvif Monn: Souls will find each other, when eyes meet. - Hear my words of peace and understanding...

Most people of a younger generation only see the combat aspects of the force, but it is actually just the half of the truth.
In my understanding (and I started with the 1977-1982 movies) the force is just the same like magic in general fantasy, magic is life itself, the energy that keeps life and death circling for all eternity. And some mortals can manipulate the energy.
I look at the force as the great harmony and i long for harmony. Whenever there is a conflict approaching, I try to solve it peacefully and only would use the combat aspects, if there is no other option, but the force is also like a drug, like money, like alcohol. Using it corrupts the mind, it feels great, like being drunken or high, the brain wants to experience that again. And thus weak minds are poisoned, fall to "the dark side", get consumed by the own desires without any self restraint. Having force is dangerous.
We see it everyday in our real world. Look at those who have power. Look at their personalities. They are all more or less corrupted, have lost their sense for reality...

Heavily agreed, which is why I write my main 12 characters as individuals who control a ton of energy that dwells within their bodies, having a good sense of control and right, they'd never attack anyone without restraint. As it is best to use it against those who're on equal ground or higher. The real challenge is said restraint and control, finding clever solutions that allow one to get around using too much power in given scenarios!
This must be the Beast Tame Force Skill. Learned most my Force Powerups from Knights of the Old Republic Games and Jedi Outcast (1 and 2) Games - and why I usually go for grey/light side Jedis as Dark-siders burn through their Force Points much quicker... makes healing harder. (Force grip in Oucast: Acadamy was very useful though)
We've seen Voolvif Monn's demonstration of his mastery of various Force powers in a combat situation, though a Jedi strives always for peace and only fights when necessary. Voolvif as a Shistavanen whose species were evolved apex predators and still have the hunting instincts I imagine might find an aptitude with the Animal Bond/Beast Taming Force power, likely his intent here just to calm and soothe, that the pain is over now and the Zillo Beast can be at rest, no one going to harm them. Though given the creature is at least near-sapient, he might be able to effectively communicate on a higher level, hopefully establishing a rapport with the Zillo Beast.
Thanks much.
I allways loved the scenarios in the old trilogy, where the use of the force was portrayed with little efforts, like Yoda levitating Luke´s X-Wing out of the swamp, only accompanied by epic soundtrack.
Or Obi wans force spirit voice, the echos, or the telepathy bedween force users.
In the newer trilogy, as I once said, they tried too desperately to be epic and badass with the force, what resulted in style over substance and that was a pity.
I try to draw my story with the balanced use of action and fantasy from episodes 1 - 3 and writing my story with the emotions and heart of the episodes 4 - 6.^^;
