Do you want stopping power? Do you like recoil? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Does the Desert Eagle even need an introduction? It’s Hollywood’s weapon of choice in countless movies and games. It uses a gas operated mechanism that is normally seen in rifles and is almost unheard of in semi automatic pistols. Its large bullet matches the power of a 7.62x39 round and can penetrate almost anything it faces.
In conclusion, you really don’t want to be on the receiving end of a Desert Eagle.

Over weight over priced, currently almost non-existent ammo, and if found, close to $3.00 a round. But yeah, when you absolutely need to drop a Polar bear dead in his tracks, or an enraged Bigfoot.
I'd rather spend the money on more affordable firepower. Though I do own the Jericho 941, AKA Baby Eagle. still an all milled steel piece of Israeli proficiency in 9mm and .40 S&W. Named them Moshe and BiBi.

It’s big and powerful, but that’s all it’s got going for it. You buy a desert eagle so you can say you bought a desert eagle. The only real application this weapon has is large game hunting, that’s it.
I won’t lie though, there a ton of fun to use. I just wish I was able to use it more often along with my lighting hawk.
But there so expensive to use, $21 to fill up a 7 round magazine? DEAR GOD!

Got a friend with a .50AE upper on his AR, back in the day it was still a buck a shot, now he's only got 200 rounds reserve and any fresh ammo is stupidly expensive or non-existent.
Though I am pleased that 10MM is making a comeback. Got the S&W 2.0 in 10MM and a Glock 20 as my 'squatch' guns. If Ruger was smart, they'd make the Ruger PC9 or PC40 and beef it up to make a 10MM. They'd sell a boatload, cause that would make a fantastic camp carbine.
