Commission work
A unique request. Did you ever see the anime series called "Evangelion"? It was a neat show with a serious tone but a really screwed up ending. This character is supposed to be an otter wearing a suit that is similar in appearance to the "evas" from that series.
Proportions more closely mimic those creatures who were very long of limb so it might be hard to imagine that this is power armor instead of a creature in its own right.

That armor is very very very powerful indeed. I also want to do that type of power armor but with black and some other things that a brutal. Plus i also heard and watch that show few years, but now i just don't watch it since i was not much as an anime fan or stuff about it. But its one awsome show.
Plus again that the most of my childhood favorite anime was "DBZ" or "DBGT" if you heard about this show before.
