Just use the Mesen emulator to run NES and SNES game, finding the ROMs for these games is pretty simple if you just search <game name>+"rom" on Google. Then you just open the file in the emulator, should be good to go.
Of course, that blog I linked can at least show you a preview of these games, and there's a few long plays on YouTube as well.

Only the first two Wagyan games have fan translations as far as I know, but patching them is easy. Alternatively, you can play in Japanese and check out that blog I linked, or use Google Translate yourself on the cutscenes. They're simple stories that don't need complex translations from what I played.
