As fulfilling the role of the Super Boss, 88 gets her own game over dialogues to Chai and to the player. Which she has to remind them of the fact that she's real and CAN AND WILL leave the game if they fool around too much and die too much. I mean she jumped into the game to "play" with the Player, the least they could do is entertain her and not try to find all her Game Over "Quotes" which is actually the player's award for beating her. This is also includes recorded conversations that happens in the middle of the battle due to the player actions.
How she does all that is... well demon magic... It's an alternate universe after all, Succubi don't really have this power in the first place. Oh yeah about that first line, Chai says "Ohhhhhh.... That's not good..." as one of his death quotes. 88 is responding to that line.
Also, I'm planning on making more quotes one day, but not right now.
