Ok, i'm not an artist, and i don't think that you'll understand something without translation (text is in Russian) but this is the first version of what can be called a reference sheet

I admit it came out worse than i wanted but better than i expected.

Here is a short description:
The Lord Precision is a demon living in the underspace, while the dragon is basically his avatar.
Dragon is made up of living metal - unusual substance, that is different to the touch, and in this case feels like a warm-blooded dragon skin: soft and smooth.

Ai-Lan is the real name of the demon, and the dragon: previously he was just a curious little dragon, but at some day in a fatal sequence of unlucky accidents he encountered a demon, lost his wings (demon torn them off, in the most painful way possible) and was murdered in a horrifying way, but somehow manage to take a demon with him.
A new demon was manifested, with an affinity to metrology and self-identification as a dragon. Although growing wings is not technically a problem - demon just can not imagine himself with wings anymore.
While metallic dragon does not need to eat, he will really enjoy something tasty.

Has extreme power over any technology, where measurement is involved (basically any) but can not use his powers against for example stoneage "technology"
Can not be fully killed, even with soul-destroying magic: his soul is shattered, and the maximum damage that can be dealt is - destroying current body and possibly a shard of a soul if it's kept in the body (mostly it is not), but it will trap the demon in the underspace, which is a trouble

Unlike other demons - Ai-Lan is very friendly and non-aggressive

Feels slightly jealous for winged creatures, but will never harm them in such a way that they will no longer fly, even if they try to kill him.
Helps scientists reach their goals by blessing test equipment with accuracy and precision
can teleport
