My plan was to draw something fantastic to make people all "ME ME! I WANT A COMMISSION FROM YOU" to get me out of my money snip. What I forgot to include was the length of time I would spend working on such a picture D;
Anyway, I really really wanted to draw something underwater. I was particularly fond of robes or fabric under water, to see how it would look compared to my usual wind swept stuff. IT'S FUN! :D Much more frilly, but man it was a pain O_<
Still, despite my lack of knowledge of what the world looks like underwater, I'm pretty proud of this c: If only I thought about stuff like lighting while I was drawing the sketch. Would make like a lot easier ; A ;
So yes, Kettou again folks. I like this guy. I don't draw him enough c:

Danke! *bow* The colours were such a pain, and a little part of me still thinks I picked the wrong colour combination, but if you think it works then wey-hey! But I'm glad you thought it turned out well when I have little next to no knowledge of stuff underwater. Your turn, go!
This is still quite fantastic though! I am a sucker for drappery and I love the drappery going on right here! This is real nice stuff, keep up the awesoooome wooork c:! I do get a feel for underwater so this accomplishes its job.
Only thing I would say about this is avoid putting things right smack dab in the middle~

I am glad! D: I was mighty afraid it would look too much like he was floating in the sky, so I'm relieved to hear I have convinced you he's underwater c:
And what do you mean putting things smack dab in the middle? I should move him closer to one side of the picture next time?

Well that airy look makes me think of water since a lot of cloth is very free flowing in different directions underwater. c=
And when I say this, compositionally it's uninteresting when you usually have something in the middle with nothing else around it. This also depends on the the subject matter.
