This is just a quick job where I combined the three main characters into one file, so I can put it as my "Featured Submission". I just did it in MS Paint and trimmed a little, because that's about the limit of my skills. Now including a synopsis of each story so I can basically point to this as a starting point for sharing my writing.
Princess the Dragon is from Princess Tells Her Story (Chapter 1 Text Version / PDF Version), and was drawn by
birdofgrain .
The world of Terra is quite a bit different from the world of Earth. Magic is the rule, not the exception. A world of castles, villages, dragons, mages, and everything else. One thing the two worlds have in common, however, is that both are being plagued by strange storms of pure Chaos. As the barrier between worlds weakens, destructive Storms are appearing more frequently. Things caught in them are usually lost forever, but sometimes... Just sometimes... they find themselves elsewhere. Odd-colored grass, strange plants, trees where there were no trees before, stone foundations that didn't exist before, even entire buildings appear in the wake of these storms. And sometimes, a person caught in one can find themselves in another place, or another world... Princess is a dragon held by a mad wizard, but unlike other dragons, she's intelligent and able to speak. There, she meets an unusual man from "somewhere very far away" who rescues her, and together the two join forces to carve out a home to survive in this world, appearing to the public as Master and Pet. And together, the two find themselves growing closer as they rely on each other to get through the adventures and challenges they're faced with.
Flopsy the Hoofbun is from Exodimensional Hoofbun Flopsy (Chapter 1 Text Version / PDF Version), and was drawn by
catmonkshiro .
Also taking place in the same Earth/Terra setting as Princess, this happens in a different area, so the two aren't related. (One shouldn't need to read Princess to understand Flopsy, and vice versa, but some concepts might only get covered in one story instead of both.) Flopsy is a "Hoofbun", a custom-made creature made in a workshop by the wizard Adraykon on Terra. A revolutionary approach to Constructs, Flopsy is a being capable of thought and reason and understanding, able to react to unexpected situations when obeying commands. No longer do you have to remember to tell your Construct explicitly to go around a wall lest they try to walk through it, this "Living Construct" will be able to make sense of what it sees or even ask questions to clarify orders! ...Except Adraykon was never able to repeat the success he had with Flopsy, and after some years, shelved the project to turn his attention to these worsening Storms in order to find a way to help the people of Terra. Amazingly, he managed to stabilize one into a portal to a strange-looking place, but his triumph was short-lived, as a cultist of the Sightless Third Eye plunged a dagger into his back. When the portal collapsed, Flopsy was pulled through and finds herself in the small town of Lapine Falls, Colorado, a strange and confusing world of "technology". Making use of a shapechange spell in her collar to appear human, she must try to survive long enough to figure out what she should even be doing. With her magically-enhanced strength, speed, toughness, and healing, and her habit of fighting crime, she soon becomes this town's resident cryptid/superhero "The Superbunny", with the town ablaze with rumors and speculation. And with a certain figure seeking to finish the job he started hunting her...
Vayryn the Yinglet is from Modern Major Yinglet (Chapter 1 Text Version / PDF Version), and was drawn by
koofins .
Are you a fan of
Valsalia 's "Out-of-Placers", a comic featuring a race of rat/weasel/bird/kobolds-on-stilts known as Yinglets? So was Mary Shendale, a trans girl on modern-day Earth! And then a package shows up on her doorstep, containing a familiar-looking barnacle-encrusted green rock. Admiring the craftsmanship of the replica that must have come from Etsy or something, she was definitely not expecting it to burst in her face and spray her with a liquid that set her body on fire! And she VERY definitely wasn't expecting to find herself actually transformed into a real-life female yinglet! But now that it's happened, Mary (now Vayryn) must struggle to adapt to being the only known yinglet on Earth. Dealing with confusion and fear from humans who have no idea what she's supposed to be, and stereotypes and expectations from humans who are familiar with the comic, Vayryn has to deal with being half the size and a fifth of the weight of the towering giants that this world was designed around. Not easy, when nearly every aspect of your body was literally designed to be ridiculous and humiliating. But at least she doesn't have to worry about taking hormones anymore, right? In fact, her crippling health issues aren't bothering her, now that her entire body's been rebuilt at a molecular and genetic level. So at least there's a silver lining to all this. Or, "all zhis", as she's forced to say it now...
All three are wonderful artists and I can't recommend them enough. More info on each character can be found on their respective submissions or in their stories. ^_^

I'm amused that they ended up being roughly the same scale. I was tempted to try to shrink Flopsy to fit and trim them all to about the same size, but that would've involved cutting off Vayryn's tailpoof. And leaving that in meant making Princess the only cropped one, and cropping Flopsy to fit the height of the other two images would have meant cutting off her hooves, which is a defining feature. But shrinking Flopsy in MS Paint would've come out horrifically ugly.
So I just let the composition be crap. I'm just glad Vayryn can't see that I chose red text for her, she'd bite me for sure. I can claim it's because of her shirt, but she's still really self-conscious about her eyes. ^_^;;

Vayryn has no powers or abilities beyond "desperately scramble out of the way". She can't exactly program the others into submission.
Flopsy has training to fight creatures like dragons and gryphons, and the agility and strength to back it up. The fire breath could be dangerous, and Princess would also be immune to Flaeli. Flopsy doesn't know any other spells yet.
Princess has raw instinct, but no real combat training. Even then, her "raw instinct" is bolted onto the side of a lifetime of being in a human body. She mostly gets by due to scales and fire and also being a berzerker rage-ball of claws and fangs. But that doesn't make her that much more dangerous than any other dragon.
Flopsy would easily win in a fight, might get a little singed or clawed, but would heal quickly. Vayryn would've gotten the hell out of there before it even started. She'd discover just how easily she can clamber up a sheer wall like a squirrel.

All the more reason to be grateful for a steel chair. Ever see a regular skunk? Basically take that and upscale it to the size of a small bear and add just a touch of human features, and you've got a Skunkbeast. Though, her claws are more "diggy" than "slashy", but there's not that much difference between "slashing your chest open" and "digging into your chest"... >.>
It's entirely possible. I don't really have any lore beyond "Big mostly-feral skunks are great". ^_^
If you ever played Flexible Infection / Flexible Survival, and recognize Skunkbeasts from that, that's because I wrote the initial version of the critters way back when, and the game's creator liked it enough to include it in the official release and sequel.

Princess would grumble, but let you as long as she also gets horn-scritches and called a Good Girl.
Flopsy would be confused, but after a moment, would hug back. Carefully, she wouldn't want to hurt anyone, after all.
Vayryn would flail her arms wildly and sputter protests, resign herself to her fate, and secretly love it.
