Matilda flips back into mommy mode in an instant. She doesn't even bother to ask how he got out of the crib. She misses her lost joey terribly, and though he's an odd substitute, Ober is better than nothing.

it depends on age of child if the child can respond back or not cuz if they can't then asking those questions are just pointless the mother then would do trail and error until she found out what was some things more obis then others like a strong stank from the diapers :P

This is extremely touching. While your artwork is still in progression (very very good! just keep working on it!) your storytelling and expression with colors and character development is unfathomably well done. The contrast from the earlier works to this painful emotional point in the story is masterfully done.
