Regional Variant Concept -- Seaking [Art by Lay]
I keep getting inspired to make my own versions of Megas and Alternate Forms, with this one being my very first attempt at a Regional Variant -- it's a Regional Seaking!
The creature I made is inspired by the Barracuda, but still retains that famous goofy look of Kantonian Seaking.
