Covered the husky in latex, painted the layers of the backgrounf, then scraped off the latex. I'm not thrilled with how the stars look. The aurora was actually a happy mistake--I had no intention of doing the aurora, the paint just dried that way XD

I'm going in on the dog and doing details. I significantly need to define the legs and body, I'm losing it a bit to the snow. It's a hard balance! I think i detailed too much too fast on the shoulder and am thinking of wiping some of it to make it more subtle. I'm also trying to darken the dog without taking too much away.
