Darth Phantom was a title by his ancestor who was one of the few Sith from the Old Republic that fled the war because of the "backstabbing" ideas and pinning one another in an effort to kill each other and obtain more power. His ancestor left with the help of his wife who was a lost clan of the Mandalorian families. His ancestor stole a Sith cruiser holding a vast archive of Sith knowledge and flew to the far reaches of the galaxy to keep it away from the Sith Empire. He also recruited Jedi to join him in his exile and to truly learn and master both sides of the force with their help.

Fast Forward to His descendent Blaze Hawklin Phantom.
Blaze has taken up the role as the leader of a nomadic group which was called the "The Order of the Twilight" some were descendants of the Jedi and also slaves Blaze has left to purchase from the slave market. Blaze would still offer them a place to stay or allow them to return to their old life before enslavement. Most times Blaze would pick up the force from slaves and purchase them to help raise them to be balanced force users. His people have managed to scrounge up some other old cruisers and other star ships to defend their homes while traveling to new worlds to settle there for a short time.
The Sith cruiser a former shell of what it was supposed to be used for to bring death or gain power is used to bring new life and hope to people brought onto the ship making a home for them. Though the Archives still emanate dark force energy which he sealed in a type of vault to protect the people and other force-sensitive people. Blaze also has an archive given to his ancestor of Jedi knowledge as well and studies regularly.

Force Abilities: Blaze knows Force Cloak, lighting, Push, shove, healing, battle meditate, Concealment, Farsight, Repulse, Light, Absorb. and Phase (if canon).
His ancestor created the new order called "The Order of the Twilight", they choose to understand both sides of the force and understand that the force is dangerous and believe they must become balanced and only use the force for helping but remain secretive so their traditions won't be tampered with.
