Oh gosh, what didn't happen?
You know how a were-goat transitions every Thursday? Well an astronomer told me later that I was living out every Thursday in each of the Februaries from the four years previous all at once. So basically I mutated into a goat and back about 16 times. Sometimes I'd even start cycling again before the last transformation ended! When the mutations overlapped, it didn't really transition right, so every so often I grew too many heads or limbs to fit in my clothes proper.
Also it was a work day, so there was THAT.

so, there's this piece of music by Alvin Lucier called "I Am Sitting In A Room". In it, Lucier reads out a text essentially explaining what he's going to do. He records it, replays it into the room he's in and rerecords, over and over again until the natural acoustics of the room completely obliterate the spoken part in a wash of harmonic sound. And there's this other piece by Steve Reich called "It's Gonna Rain" wherein two looped recordings of the same sliver of speech are allowed to slip incrementally out of sync with each other, finding new rhythms and harmonies within. And I mention all this because I kind of mentally connect what you just described to them, as a sort of Nessian eruption of goat-harmonic undertones and overtones
