Last year I heard an idea about "Toon Paint" I never tried it before, but it sounds like an inspiring idea as an artist. I decided that I want to try it out about this Pokemon cartoon paint tf. Where the user gets turned into a Pokemon by using paint.
How does it work: Each slot costs either $35 to $65 depending on size and species.
1. You're welcome to leave a comment if you're interested.
2. You can also tell me whether you want with or without background, your choice.
3. Note: I start with the background first before I get into character. Can be a simple or regular background
4. Make sure you wait for your commission, I'm not fast, but I give you some notification if your commission is chosen. If you cancel, it breaks my heart, so please don't do that to me. 💐
