Little Celine, the daughter of Bowser and Nimue. The youngest of the Koopalings. She loves hanging out with her big sister Wendy and will tease her brothers with her. She's got a sweet personality and doesn't initially like causing harm less her siblings are involved. She doesn't hold herself above the other koopas being biologically related to Nimue, as Nimue loves all 9 of them as her own children regardless. She does not inherit her mothers parakoopa traits at all, and cannot fly. On top of that she also has a fear of heights.

Artist note: I tried to mimic the style of the original Koopalings with a few mixes of my own style.
