As the secretary officer of the Molecular Gastronomy club at Ai Indy, my duty is not only to document the minutes of each meeting, but also maintain the mailing list, and document our work through pictures. These are all taken by the Nikon D80 provided by the school, in very AMATEUR hands. Unfortunately we were muscled out of the old dining lab due to registration meeting being held.
