No Heart's Assistant, often bumbling and causing trouble for the Care Bears, as well as getting himself into all kinds of problems from getting covered in butterscotch to falling into thorn bushes and nearly drowning in whirlpools.

Sometimes his own plans succeed, whereas other times he somehow manages to upset No Heart's, with chaotic results.
