Standing as tall as humans, this avian-like race is not capable of flight (because they are too heavy). However, they can use their wings to "glide" or break falls.
They live in primitive villages, with a Headmaster and all the other cool stuff that comes with living in villages/tribes. As for warfare they tend to ambush with bows, arrows and poison tipped blow darts. Nasty stuff for the unwary adventurer, or the apposing army. x)
