Heh, you'll hardly find an Irish Cob without a hint of Shire blood in it's veins. So the mistake is more than understandable - even more as said Irish Cob is a pretty tall one.

Very lovely indeed and that story you wrote, *lip quiver* broke my heart. But, sounds like you made the right call. I've had a hard enough time saying no to something small, like a kitten or a turtle. I can't imagine saying no to those two boys.
