Mounted rescue teams are offered a better mobility in wooded areas, as well as better visibility due to the elevation. Since horses are animals but everything's an animal, I decided to try and mix a larger horse and a smaller rider, using a bag fitted with a load-bearing system as the saddle.
I'm not sure what I'll do with the rider's feet yet, maybe put them in stirrups or give them cowboy boots or something, but to set them apart I gave both the mount and the rider tighter and more friction resistant riding pants instead of the cargo pants most of the other members have. They're also afforded a larger radio and more hands-free gear like a throat mic and an earpiece.
