The Thunderer Titan is a fey-influenced variant of the Arcadian Brontosaur. By consuming plants embued with energies originating in the Fey Realm, individuals of this species have developed notable defensive features, most notably several rows of spikes going down the neck. That, combined with the ability to generate electricity through said spikes, makes the Thunderer Titans much better defended against dragon attacks. This magically induced mutation also earned these individuals the alternate name of "Ascended Brontosaurs".
Scholars noted that the effects on the sauropod population have already become noticeably significant since the coupling of Thunderers with regular Brontosaurs has a 50% chance of resulting in the natural birth of new Thunderers. It is predicted that within a few generations, ascended individuals may out-breed the original species.
