Also, a bibliography would be wonderful. I'd like to see where you get figures like $3 trillion spent on a certain program or programs, among other info you mention in this essay. It's a good informative essay, but I personally would prefer reading something that was argumentative as well--something that not only raises awareness of the problems that you mention, but also offers a solution on how we might remedy it.
