i've been wanting to make a neopets sona for a while, but i've always been super tied up on what to make it. a kougra for sure, but sorting colours was the hard part. everything i wanted to do had already been done and each idea was just generic enough that i didn't want to step on any toes.
surprisingly, i didn't find any kougra based on the lisa frank tiger that i could tell, and i absolutely loved it growing up. so, combining the two, i figured out the perfect neosona! \o/
