I was thinking about a Daemonslayers story involving him which I need to finish (just a few paragraphs and corrections to go) and since I had pencil and paper to hand at the time, doodled him up. I had planned to do this as simple cell shading, but as usual failed at the 'simple' bit XD

blurbage:
Otherwise known as Mad Jakkle. He doesn't appreciate the 'Mad' bit but it's an unfortunate abbreviation of his real name that somehow stuck. Unlike Blackjack, he actually chooses to exist in the form of a dracosvulf since he's really an ancient silver dragon. Some dragons hoard treasure, he hoards knowledge and tomes of magical power, possessing probably the largest library of lore and magic on the entire world of Tymaera (not that he shares it with anyone) and since books are rather small compared to a huge dragon, he finds this human-sized form more comfortable for his studies.
As a sorcerer, Mad Jakkle can intuitively channel magic without the need for spell casting and the reagents, arcane mumbling and all the other such accoutrements that normal wizardry requires. Wizards, as such, don't really like sorcerers - they envy their raw power and since they do not need to learn spells to channel magic, there is no way they can be regulated or controlled and so are viewed as a dangerous threat.
For his part, the Midnight Sorcerer has remained a staunch enemy of the Empire's wizards for he's seen the corruption within the Council of Mages and doesn't really think magic is something mere humans should be messing with.
