Well, after 2 days of hardcore searching with next to no leads, I've found it's actually "Coracias cyanogaster," or "Blue-bellied Roller," which is ironic because one of my favorite birds is the lilac-breasted roller and I never thought to look for a roller ^^; I thought it was a shrike or something because of it's beak XP Anyway, here's a pic of one sunbathing~ http://photos.ivillage.com/images/p.....66_328068D.jpg
I believe they originate from South Africa, but zoos like to have them because of their colors :3 The males and females look alike, and I think the one in your pic is young because of the quality of his feathers. The hooked beak threw me off a bit when I was searching, but it's 'cause it's not technically called a hooked beak, but it is specialized for holding insects.
Blah, I'm just so excited I found it XP It was really really really hard to find XD;;;
