An apple a day, keeps the fairy shenans (mostly) at bay
So Fiadh has been talking a lot about getting art together, and you know, you can't just go around saying things like that and not expect to get bullied and appreciated for being a good friend, so obviously I had to put a stop to that and get some cute art of our sona's hanging out. So uhh, that'll teach her I guess ? :'D
While I do like the idea of just hanging out talking, and that would have also been a very good choice for a first doodle, I kinda wanted to go a bit of a different route with the dynamic, especially since a lot of our talks have involved me hiding up in trees, where the lies of being called a good can't reach me, which first originated from a sketch page I got a while back (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/49727669/), and I just really liked the depiction of Elvira in a tree. Especially since it also fits her prehensile tail, which could technically maybe allow for hanging from a branch with it, putting flowers on unsuspecting bypassers!
Actually that's probably Ashura's job, but still.
Anywho, that's the general thought process that made me think of this idea, but instead of hiding from the good doggo, instead we're just hanging out talking and having a lil' snack, making use of the tail to hand the good some fresh apples! Which she seems to really enjoy, so I'd say that's a success!
LJ as always did an absolutely stellar job bringing my idea to life, super appreciative as usual! I also really like the style they went with for the background, they wanted to try something new and experiment a bit, and I really like the end result. It kinda reminds me of a page from a storybook, honestly I could see myself getting this hung up on my walls at some point, I think it would look super neat and the format is perfect for it <:
