Hello again, everybody! I am back once again to make another story! This time it will be longer, and (hopefully) more entertaining. With my ADHD, I sometimes think that my stories aren't good enough and people will dislike them, which is why I usually work extra hard on my stories. Anyways, this story is about Ori, from the Ori game franchise (Ori and the blind forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps) and the story begins after the ending of Will of the Wisps (SPOILER WARNING IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED THE GAME!), and in the story, Ori also finds a strange device that Aiden found in the previous story that allows anybody to travel between dimensions. He will encounter Aiden and his Pokemon friends in the second part of the story. Anyways, ONTO THE STORY!


It's been almost a year since Ori saved the land of Nibel, in which he had to make the ultimate sacrifice to save his adopted sister, Ku, while fusing with Seir and becoming a tree. However, instead of permanently remaining as a guardian tree, Seir allowed Ori to have a second chance, to see his sister Ku, Naru and Gumo again. Ori thanked Seir and happily hugged Ku and they went back to their home.

Months flew by, with Ori and his family having a good time. But one day, while they were sitting near a pond eating food, Ori decided to find some more food for himself and Ku. Naru waved at Ori, to make sure that he doesn't take too long, and Ori waved back, then headed towards some trees to look for food. While he was doing so, he encountered a familiar face, or in this case, familiar soul. It was Sein, the spirit that he rescued so long ago.
"Ori! It is so good to see you again! How have you been?" Sein said with a cheerful voice. Ori was happy that he reunited with an old friend, and wondered what Sein had been up to after all this time.
"Oh nothing much. I did find this thing that I found a few days ago." Sein said as it revealed a strange object and floated it towards Ori into his hands.
Ori was filled with confusion. He had never seen something like this before, and he certainly never saw something this advanced before. It felt like metal, and while Ori was messing with the object, he accidentally flicked a switch on the device, and turned it on with a beep. Ori was startled by the sudden noise, and then the screen turned on.
"NEW USER DETECTED. PLEASE HOLD STILL FOR REGISTRATION..."
Suddenly a long horizontal beam was projected on Ori, it slowly moved down his face, and then back up, and then repeated a few times in about 9 seconds, and then it stopped.
"REGISTRATION COMPLETE. WELCOME ORI. PLEASE SELECT DIMENSION YOU WANT TO GO TO."
Ori started to become even more confused. How does it know it's name? What kind of technology is this? What this device made for him? dozens of questions started to fill Ori's head. and his eyes shifted towards a glowing button on the device that had a name on it. "POKEMON WORLD" Ori tilted his head in confusion, and started to get curious.
"Umm... Ori? I think I can take that back, and put it back where I found it." Sein said, a little worried. Ori seemed to agreed, and started to hand it back to Sein, but in the process of doing so, the device slipped out of his hands, and when he tried to catch it, one of his fingers pushed the Pokemon world button, and then the device beeped two times.
"POKEMON WORLD SELECTED. PLEASE REMAIN STILL AND CALM."
A big blue ring surrounded Ori, and then a strong wind started to appear. Ori got scared and tried to throw the device away, hoping that it would turn it off, but then he realized that it won't come off of his hand, like it was glued to his hand. The blue ring grew brighter and spun faster, forcing Ori to close his eyes, all the while Sein was panicking.
"Ori! Just don't do anything! I'll go get help! Just stay calm and don't worry! I'll go get-"
*FLASH!*
In an instant, Ori was gone, leaving only a dim blue glow on the ground where he stood. "Oh no... Ori..." said Sein who started to panic.

Ori's eyes was still closed, from all the bright lights and harsh wind noises, but when Sein called out for him, everything went silent. completely silent. Ori opened his eyes, wondering if he was still in Nibel, but he was not. Instead he was lying in an open grass area, with a fewer amount of trees, compared what Ori saw throughout his adventures in Nibel.
Suddenly the device in his hand didn't feel like it wasn't super glued to him anymore, and dropped out of his hand. As Ori picked it back up, He saw a text display on the device:
"DIMENSIONAL TRAVEL BATTERY AT 0%. PLEASE WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE FULL RECHARGE."
"24 hours?!" Ori said in his head. "Thats a full day!" Ori started to get scared, but then soon relaxed. "Relax. Relax... It's only for a whole day until you can return to Nibel." Ori said to himself in his head again.
As Ori took a look at his surroundings, he noticed a backpack right next to him, and strangely enough, it looked as if it would fit him perfectly. Ori never saw this kind of backpack before, as the only backpack that he saw before was only made of a different kind of fabric, and it didn't feel comfortable as he wore the backpack when he was back in Nibel. but this backpack, it was soft to the touch and didn't hurt his back at all.
"Hmm... maybe I can store this device in this backpack and wait for it to recharge while I explore this new world for a day." Ori thought to himself. "Its only one day. I can see Ku, Naru, and Gumo tomorrow."
As Ori put the device in the backpack, he put it on his back, and started to walk in a random direction on the open grass area, but he walked, a Pokemon stared at him from the bushes, with hungry eyes...

Ok so, sorry that this story is shorter than the last one, but the reason why was because as I was typing the story, It was almost midnight (I live in a different time zone) and I got back from work an hour before I though of my story idea and started to type it. I'll get to work on part 2 when I have the free time. Thank you for your patience, and hopefully I can get part 2 out as soon as possible!
