I used the "ink pen" in Sai to put down stripes of I think purple, blue and orange. Then I used the "water" tool and rubbed them together.

In PhotoShop I would do something similar... just a hard edged brush for the colours and then Tue smudge or water tool or whatever its called there. I think the icon is just a drop of water. might also be able to pull it off with wispy airbrush sort of brush and play with the opacity.

Maybe the smudge tool will work and the drop of water is the blur tool. Gotta experiment a lot to get this right :) or I can just use photo manipulation, I going to try that since I've seen plenty of artists use it for quick purposes. Thanks for the watch :)

Yar, yar. Haw, I forget what anything is called on PhotoShop, I just have to point to the pictures.
Photo manip works! I never use it, but it seems quick in some case. Good luck, man!
