So yeah. Second kuvrahk-related picture on the upload slate for today.
More oooold art. This would be Karen de Vasco (AKA Karen von Kraken [Don't ask]), a genetically-engineered female twin to that mad bastard Kraken (who I have to do some better art of) and initially the twelvth of a series of 150 (Sabotage prevented the others from maturing fully). As such she's got a good position in the scientific community of the Korps (Kraken's shadow force), but is also in a close enough position to the top to be subject to ire from her compatriots, and to bear witness to Kraken's numerous breakdowns and his more sadistic proclivities. Incredibly smart, beautiful, trapped underground, resigned to her fate and technically only five years old to boot. Another fun character to play.
I seem to draw all my characters holding guns. o_o In this instance it's a .55 anti-tank rifle Karen designed herself, and yes I know it looks like a Barrett, that was unintentional, and yes, I know her robot arm looks funky but I got lazy and decided to give the gun a perpendicular side grip near the base of the barrell. Karen herself's just wearing standard-issue Korps pants and t-shirt. *shrug* I'm also not keen on her hair in this picture - it looks kinda strawy - and I forgot her glasses, but overall a fun pic to draw.
