From the other side being a warbreed beast also looks like god-pleasing action at the planet and allow to solve some tasks of the god of this planet. So even killing cities and countries with nuclear bombs is not completely anti-god actions. Yes it is some joke about sort of space-flying (really only at the very low orbit around planet) - the space-researches flying out of this planet and found there is no god found 'at the sky'. So god is really live here at this planet and to make successive fly to other planets (Mask to Mars) they need to take some part of the god to other planets. It imay be somehow painted by image-designers if possible.
Yeah, among the brutality and horrors we should not throw away the tiny bits of good inspiration we have. Gagarin's flight, Apollo programm... those are big steps forward even though they were achieved due to the arms race. Many people who worked on those projects were true enthusiasts of Civillian Space.
We've got some misunderstanding i guess. This here rocket is a symbol of good intents eventually taking over, and turning even products of madness towards building a better future.

This particular rocket had nothing with nukes already because in a time it was successfully launched with a human on board there were other nuclear warhead platforms - R16, R14 because R7 became too expensive for such purposes and full deployment in massive scales
Also following that logic you apply Americans should be ashamed of their own rocket programs because Titan and Atlas were developed for the military purposes first as well

I've been working with the EUCLID consortium and the satellite was initally scheduled to launch with a Soyuz in 2022. Well... unfortanately the launch was cancelled, which is a real shame considering what this satellite might unravel about the cosmos and its origin. I really hope the launch, scheduled this year, will happen without any incidents. Space research is important!
