We have those in PA, but they're called "Ollie's Bargain Outlet". Same graphics and slogans, though.

When I lived in upstate NY we had an Olllie's Bargain outlet too! I had an Ollie's Army card, and I bought alot of my books there. Very, very similar places, but it turns out different management.
Jerry and Ollie are buddies, though.
