I put off finishing this for a while but finally did. It was inspired both by a scene from Puss in Boots The Last Wish and my own struggles with anxiety and trauma. Maybe I’ll use this character design again? Probably.

Anxiety and trauma isn't exactly something I am good on dealing with... but I would still sugest you to just try and find things that help you calm down...
Be it calming videos, asmr or just cute stuff online... anything helps.
Also... having good and trustworthy friends to talk to can make a huge difference! ^^
