This is Slothi, he's a trader who goes village to village trading materials, foods, and shiny objects, he lost use of his legs and most of the sight in one of his eyes (the one that's a little bit faded) one day when he was assaulted by a couple of Basfliman imperial soldiers on route to a particularly far away village, luckily he was close enough that some other Guillos heard the commotion, unfortunately he took a heavy blow to his head and spine in the scuffle, though he still enjoys travelling place to place, now with a cart which he pushes around with his staff.

His name essentially means "to feel for others" when translated.
