Been on a bit of a Naruto kick lately (so much fanfic...) and so I wanted to do some stuff where Konoha's lovable Jinchuriki was diapered.

This pic is basically an AU where Sakura is at least a decade older than Naruto and Sasuke and ends up becoming their Jonin Sensei once they graduate the Academy (don't ask me who their third member is because they don't exist. I'm just gonna be lazy and say they didn't have enough people in their year to give every team 3 Genin and so Team 7 got the Rookie of the Year (Sasuke) and the classes Dead Last (Naruto).)
Sasuke originally needed to wear diapers as a way to protect against his bedwetting (which popped up right after the Uchiha Massacre, thanks Itachi) and generally found them very embarrassing and shameful. He was still pretty edgy when he first met his sensei, much like his canon self.
Naruto basically never got potty trained in the first place, part of that was neglect on the part of the village (thanks Konoha), but also it would have been a fruitless effort because despite his Uzumaki heritage having the Kyuubi sealed within him means his system is constantly overloaded with chakra. And that chakra has to go SOMEWHERE. That somewhere just ended up being into his pants. Naruto isn't one to let anything like bladder or bowel control get him down however, so he's still his upbeat self. He instantly had a massive crush on Sakura when they first met.
Sakura is a pretty strong and very competent Jonin. She's still got great chakra control, but now she's utilized that in other avenues, she still got some training from Tsunade (but never really stuck with the Medical Ninjutsu) instead focusing more on Bukijutsu and the Genjutsu that she was already proficient at. She's a kind and caring sensei who always wants to teach her team as much as she can.
After they become a team and do some bonding/learn more about each other Sakura invites Naruto and Sasuke come live with her. Having a constant maternal figure in his life (who isn't afraid to help train him to grow and grow stronger) really helps calms Sasuke's angst. Naruto already had a massive crush on his sensei when they met but by the time he moves in with her he adores her (she becomes one of his precious people, someone he knows he can rely on, someone he knows cares for him and treats him like family.) Constantly spending time around each other in such a warm and comforting environment also helps Naruto and Sasuke to grow closer as well (in more ways than one~)
Sakura doesn't mind that they both wear diapers (actually likes it and finds it adorable) and practically takes over diaper changing duty. constantly checking the boys and putting them in increasingly thicker and thicker diapers. I won't go into too much detail of how this develops because I don't want FA getting on me and ending up deleting this, but if you know my other work then you know the kind of direction I'd have their relationship develop.

Onto the drawing process/self-crit:
I'm mostly happy with this drawing there were a few things that could defo have been improved (there always are)
The total drawing from sketch to color took about 8-10 hours, every step took longer than I thought it would (I think mostly cause I'm a bit rusty)
I used a brush pen for the lines and I think they look pretty nice, even though it took me a bit longer to finish because I'm still not super comfortable using one.
Colors took forever to do because I needed to figure out what colors would work for what, so just the testing took over an hour to do. I did kinda fuck myself by choosing to use Sasuke's Chuunin Exams onesie and since I only have one kind of black marker trying to figure out how to make that work in addition to his black hair was a bit of a pain.
I think I did a good job on all of their skin tones and what I wanted to accomplish with them, with Sasuke being the palest (emo icon) and Naruto being the most tan (the boy is literally always outside) as well as the blush on all of their faces.
One thing I didn't notice until I had already inked everything (and I don't know how I missed it until then) is that I either made Sasuke too tall or I made Naruto too short. So I wish I could've fixed that, but it is what it is.
I'm a bit eh about Sakura's hair, in the sketch it seemed a lot better, somehow between lining and coloring it it started looking off.
I'm also not super hot on how I did the shading for Sasuke's hair, I'm never super good with anime hairstyles I find, so I felt like I mostly winged it, and while I don't think it's bad I think it could have been stronger.
I'm probably forgetting some other stuff I wanted to comment on but whatever.
