This OC is a tribute to my pet dog of the same name who recently passed away. May she have a happy next life.

Bio:
-was once a regular dog before passing away and ascending into a spectral form
-wandered through different universes before finding her way to the Ragtag house
-recognized Ragtag Ethan as her Ethan from the universe where she was his pet and best friend
-Ethan subconsciously recognized her as both were reunited in different forms
-able to possess others for some poofy fun
-was welcomed into the Ragtag Rogues warmly were she takes residence in Ethan’s room
-was given the Ragtag mark on her right thigh

Story:
After he death, Wanda had transitioned into the afterlife where she would remain there for a short time while she obtained a new form. Her new form allowed her to stand up straight on two legs, and being a specter, she could levitate above the ground and phase through solid objects. Although she can eat, being a ghost means she does not require food, though she chose not to miss out on good food when given the opportunity. Wanda had also received some thick poofy diapers to help make her more comfortable during her stay in the afterlife. After spending some time in the afterlife, death himself presented her with an opportunity to reunite with her owner Ethan, who she had spent time with during her living years cuddling up with him and keeping him company. Hearing this, Wanda was about to accept the offer when Death told her about one technicality of this offer. She would be reunited with Ethan, but it would be a different version of her previous owner from another world, though Death reassured her that the different Ethan was similar to the one she spent time with. Wanda then spent a bit to think about the offer, though in the end, she accepted. With that, she set off exploring different universes for the one she is looking for, hoping this other Ethan she would be reunited with would welcome her.

When she finally found the universe she was looking for, Wanda decided to explore this world a bit to see what it was like. To her surprise, everyone she observed seemed to be in thick poofy diapers, making her think that the other Ethan she would reunite with would be in diapers just like her. Suddenly, a small wisp appeared before her, a guide sent by Death to help find the other Ethan. So she followed the little wisp closely, growing more excited as she drew closer to Ethan. After a while, Wanda came to a clearing where she saw him, with fur of different shades of blue with hair green like fresh cut kiwi, she finally found Ethan, chilling by himself. As she got closer to him, Ethan’s ears suddenly perked up, sensing a familiar presence, and just as suddenly he turned around and saw Wanda. Both of them froze in place, with Wanda hoping that this Ethan would somewhat recognize her, and Ethan subconsciously starting to recognize her. Once the key memories clicked into Ethan’s mind, he rushed towards Wanda, hugging her as he cried tears of joy, with Wanda joining in shortly. Both of them spent some time together recollecting on their pasts, happy to be reunited, even though they were in different forms. After some time together, both of them headed back to the Ragtag house, where Wanda will be welcomed into her new family with open arms, becoming closer with Ethan and her new siblings.
