So this is BluePhantom again with his human and tiger form.
In his tiger form, he prefers to be more intimidating with his fangs and can bulk up more.

BluePhantom is a demi-god-like being that can jump from realm to realm, and adapt to the environment of his realm. While Demi-god-like he isn't the only demi-god-like beings out there. He is part of a group called "Phantoms"; basically, BluePhantom is in the 2nd rank of the whole organization.
There are multiple ranks
Phantoms- Rank 1
Either Color or Stone, Phantoms- Rank 2
You will then have color and stone, Phantoms- Rank 3
And then "Elder" Phantom- For Rank 4

And it would be like Onepunch Man when you are a Phantom you are ranked from 1-100,000 then when you reach the top 20 you have the chance to rank up.
Elders are the oldest Phantoms. But to keep things simple they are known as "Grand Elders" since they have been in charge for far longer then they should have.
