Clone trooper: That was the last of those trashcans...
Vollvif Monn: Hh! Hh! Yes?
Meridian: General Monn! This is Meridian! I report: Mission successfuly accomplished. We could bring the hostages to safety. The´re all unharmed, but still are under the influence of some kind of drugs. Medical first aid is somewhat... difficult. Anyway! The secret weapon is now in our hands.
The Eternal Legion was successful. Good job, General! And you too, boys!

True, episodes 7,8 and 9 had unfortunate choices storywise and the creators were often at a loss on what to do with their characters. Maybe they should have followed the rule "less can be more". Trying too hard to be epic with every single scenario can be risky.
My Voolvif Monn story tries to stay grounded.

My Voolvif Monn story tries to stay grounded.
The victorious battle howl would be a fine tradition I imagine for Voolvif Monn and his men and fitting here as the Eternal Legion successfully accomplishes the mission.
Third panel is rather adorable with the grateful Benathy hugging the clonetrooper though fortunate that he had his armour to avoid getting crushed, also rather amusing with the Benathy's comment about kitchen appliances.
Though aside from possible influence of drugs, there would be the stress of their captivity, dehydration and potential heatstroke, so hopefully the Benathy will be able to recover with proper medical treatment and return to their homeworld.
A thoroughly enjoyable story and one that personally I will consider canon.
