A littel gift piece I created for my mother's birthday this year in February :) On the backside, it has a birthday message for her, as well as her 'real' gift - a trip to the Orchidhoeve here in the Netherlands.

My mother was upset at the time because she couldn't host a birthday party with our family due to a heavy cold she was dealing with at the time, and now she's waiting on word from the hospital about an impending spinal surgery due to a slipped vertebrae, so we've decided we'll visit the orchid gardens when she has recovered from all that - because it's a big wish of hers to be able to walk around herself and take loads of pictures :)

Since it's a gift, I won't be selling the original for this piece, but I am planning to turn it into stickers and prints :) So stay tuned for that!
