I'm back to drawing clowns because it's something I enjoy!
For Oberon, I wanted to incorporate some elements to point to his king status, which is why I find the crown on the top hat and the matching cape to be very fitting.
Since he's a pretty bulky guy, I also made sure to include a lot of round and cute components to make sure that he's very non-threatening. I don't draw evil clowns, I want them to be cute and pretty and joyful, like they're enjoying their role of bringing whimsy to others~
