Considering the cause of death, I wonder if there is someone buried under it, or if it's just a marker.
I'm always fascinated by tombstones that tell a story. Once I saw one that said "boat accident" and I found the rest of the story looking at old newspapers around that date. She had been hit in the head by the boom (that's the stick on a sailboat that swings to the sides) and fell into the water, but in her case, her body was recovered.
