Bucky’s twin boys, Bu and Kee, after finding a bunch of colorful and tasty chocolate Easter Eggs. Their outfit may be torn and dirty from the hunt, but it was well worth it in the end. 😋❤️🍫🥚

Not sure if that was meant to be an insult or not, but if you’re seriously asking, when the twins were born, Bucky held them in his arms and introduced himself that his name is Bucky and he’s their Daddy. Unexpectedly, the twins just moments after being born, were able to say Bu and Kee respectively, showing that they were capable of speech and comprehension already despite their very young age. Bucky decided to name them such because he found it adorable.
Yes it does. Jane’s species are technically born fully mature, having the ability to communicate amongst themselves and other species as well as fend for themselves without any supervision.
Bu and Kee, being half of this species, are very intelligent for normal babies, but also kinda dumb by Jane’s species standards. They have the ability to learn things quickly but tend to only focus on things that they personally find cool/interesting.
Also, they still need to actually learn stuff, at least in the beginning, like even though they learned to speak by simply observing Bucky doing so, they didn’t know how to read or do math until they were taught how to.

That’s partially why, but I’d say one of the main reasons is because their favorite stuffed toy that Bucky got them for one of their earliest Christmases was a two headed dragon plushie they named Humph and Phree (Humphrey) and ended up inspiring their dragon form (maybe on a subconscious level).
