Here's a tip for pixeling. :3 With your outlines, it's a good idea to make sure that pixels don't touch anywhere but the corners. The exception is where things meet - like the wings to the shoulders, for example. If you leave all the stray pixels around, it makes it look kinda sloppy. I cleaned up this one so you could see: http://i.imgur.com/vpp2f.png It just makes it much crisper and better-looking.

Oh wow, thank you for the tip! ^_^ I'll keep this in mind for later. I actually just started toying around with Paint one day and am still trying to learn how to make these look *just right*.

Mm, also, if you're using paint, make sure you use the "Curves" tool for the outline. It makes things nice and smooth. I don't know of any tip sites off the top of my head, but I'll tell you if I run into some.
