Gale the cloud dweller. (They're basically kangaroo rabbits who live in the Cloud Kingdom, a place which is literally made of magical clouds in the sky.)

He's a storm sorcerer, able to cast magical spells involving lightning, wind, and weather manipulation.

He's not evil, he's just moody because he's cursed. Basically, he laughed at Kuro because he found the Kitsune's round, ballooned shape amusing. This annoyed Kuro, so he cursed Gale to puff up if he ever laughs.

Also I need to think of some outfits for him to wear.
