Well, paint.net is a good program, but needs some animated adjustments in its program.

Trying to create the eye animation of my main character, and my logo.

Looks great except the gray "grid-line" dots.

I like the lightening bolt part.

I know the grid-line is mostly lack of quality from the "animated gif add-on" of Paint.net.

And the human eye suposed to be white, but again the "add-on" refuses and makes it transparent

Try saving each frame as a PNG and use some different method of animation. I found some website in google that didn't have the gridlines when it animated the picture.

Ok, now all I have to do is save my art frame by frame, then visit the site
